This was a labor of love that required lots of creativity from our team. While this case differs from the typical musician or artist cases often associated with the O-1 visa, our applicant was very deserving and eager to make her mark in the United States. Initially, we submitted her case without premium processing. However, due to the recent processing time change at the California Service Center from 2 months to 6 months, the client decided to upgrade to premium processing. Fortunately, the approval came just 10 calendar days later, with no Request for Evidence.
